Why do the Dem’s have such a problem with requiring people to have valid Picture ID cards? To lead a normal life in America you NEED a photo ID of some sort. If you are LEGAL and ADULT and ARE A REGISTERED VOTER then what’s the problem with proving who you are when you vote? The following is a quote from Bill Clinton regarding photo ID’s and the fact that he doesn’t approve:

“This is not rocket science. They are trying to make the 2012 election look more
like the 2010 election than the 2008 election.”

This is a TRUE statement because there are doubts even today about how many votes Obama received from people not registered/qualified to vote in the election.

“Republican representatives have heavily pushed for voter ID laws since
January 2011, with 20 states seeing new proposed legislation on the matter and
14 states considering adapting previously existing laws to require photo ID at
the polls.

Like Clinton, many Democratic representatives have compared voter ID laws to
the Jim Crow laws that limited many African-Americans’ right to vote in the
early 20th century. Democratic National Committee Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman
Schultz (D-Fla.) has accused Republicans of wanting “to literally drag us all the
way back to Jim Crow laws and literally — and very transparently — block
access to the polls to voters who are more likely to vote Democratic candidates
than Republican candidates.”

The Democrats are afraid if they don’t have the votes of the Illegal’s and others that shouldn’t be voting they may lose more of their power in 2012. SO WHAT!  The playing field should be level – you are a CITIZEN, you are OVER 18, you are REGISTERED TO VOTE and you have a VALID ID – what’s the problem??
